"SOMETHING FUN__FOR A CHANGE!"

A hospital delivery person came to Marks room last night! It was an E-mail sent to HIM through the Hospital's website! The "I.T" guys got it and printed it off for him and brought it to his room!!

He was so excited! It was a page full of jokes and positive wishes from our former neighbor and dear friend, Cathy Wallace! What a great idea!

Mark had a room full of guests at the time. He thought he was pretty darn cool to get a special delivery! We had a great time telling and re-telling all the jokes!

Thanks Cathy. AND thanks to everybody for all the great comments on the blog! We read each of them to Marky, which he loves. I read them over and over to boost my spirits regularly.

Happy New Year---And oh yeah!...HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAMMY! 5yrs old today!!!!

Marky, here's another joke to tell your visitors:

Q: Why was the nose sad?
A: Because he did not get picked!

The Jeanes family,

Happy Birthday Sammy! Mark, a day doesn't go by that we don't check your progress think about all of you and pray for you. You are such a trooper! I hope that this New Year brings you all some answers and some peace. I can't wait to come and see you again and hear some of your jokes! It looks like you have had some pretty neat visitors up there. It has been so nice to be able to follow your blog and hear all of your stories.

Hey Mark-
We have been checking up on you every day by reading your blog. Alex really misses you!! Today he was watching SpongeBob in honor of you. He spent all day telling me how much fun he has with you when you come over and the two of you play and watch SpongeBob Squarepants. Take Care, and we will talk to you again soon.

Hi Marky. Hope you are having a more restful day. We miss you and your mother in primary. Maybe you could choose one of your favorite jokes and your mom could put it on your blog, then we could all enjoy a laugh. Happy Birthday to Sam.

Hey Marky! We missed you at the ice cream party last night, so when you get home I owe you a super size ice cream sundae with the works! That's a promise! We also missed Mr.Sammy so you can bring him with you for a big birthday Sundae...and your mom and dad and Scott too.

We love you Mark. Hang in there. You're doing a great job and we are all very proud of you and your example. Get better. We can't wait until you're back with us!
